Please read the booking rules below carefully. Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the Italian law in force. The contract is binding for those who make the booking and for all other subjects mentioned in the same, including minors.
It is possible to send an availability request from our website or via email and wait for our reply. Alternatively, you can make an online reservation by following the instructions available on our website www.agririfugiomolini.it. Following the request you will be sent a (non-binding) offer. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is intended as null.
The reservation becomes binding for agririfugiomolini.it only upon receipt of a copy of the payment receipt of the confirmatory deposit or credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal.

At this point Agririfugio molini will undertake to send the customer a confirmation e-mail. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomaly. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt thereof. After this term we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.
Payment of a confirmation deposit is required no later than 3 days from the booking confirmation date. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void. The same applies to the balance.
In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be canceled.
The amount of the confirmatory deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay, for the apartment 50%. As required by the civil code to the art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation beyond the terms specified below or not presented.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and credit card.
The balance of the reservation must be paid on departure. Any extras must be paid before departure.
For payments by bank transfer we indicate the following data:
Send the copy of the bank transfer receipt email: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the date of your reservation, telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation.
Agririfugio Molini reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the arrival of the customer requesting a preauthorization to the belonging circuit. With the pre-authorization the agrituurismo guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or of a part of it, to make sure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS RECEIVED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In case of pre-authorized with negative result the customer will be notified and the reservation will be canceled. In this case the farm will have no obligation towards the customer.
Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing. For the cancellation conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation.
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes beyond the aforementioned deadline, 30% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee, 50% for the apartment.
Interruption of the stay: No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire booked stay.
No Show (no-show): In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld, or the cost of the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
